Job description
We're looking for a hands-on solar technology expert to help customers integrate smart energy systems into their daily lives. You'll be the bridge between innovation and the rooftop — supporting IoT deployment, sensor calibration, and digital platform adoption.
Key responsibilities:
Install and calibrate on-site technologies including inverters, sensors, battery systems, and monitoring platforms
Provide hands-on training and support to customers and field agents using digital energy platforms
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement upgrades or fixes in the field
Collect and analyze data from digital tools to improve system recommendations and efficiency
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to adapt solutions to local environments and evolving challenges
Document field processes, user feedback, and system performance to inform continuous improvement
Support pilots, demos, and trials of emerging energy technologies
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
2+ years of experience in digital energy systems, solar tech implementation, or smart home tools
Familiarity with monitoring software, inverter platforms, sensors, or battery management systems
Strong technical troubleshooting and communication skills
Ability to work independently in the field and train non-technical users
Passion for innovation in clean energy and sustainable technology
Willingness to travel regionally for site visits and deployments
